Javier Ramos Luiña and/or Synergie, LLC serve as independent contractors for the USMS, providing services related to managing, marketing, and facilitating sales of USMS properties. Synergie, LLC and its personnel are not authorized to make or accept offers or bind USMS to any transaction terms. The USMS will only be bound by a transaction after written approval and execution of documents by an authorized USMS employee.
