The Gainesville girl who grew up here

I am a North Central Florida native, raised right here in Gainesville and Alachua County. I attended Buchholz High School and later Santa Fe College, where I went to nursing school and began a career that would shape so much of who I am today.

I spent nearly two decades in nursing, and although my career eventually took a different direction, the lessons I learned about compassion, communication, responsibility, and caring for people have never left me.

Along the way, I became a wife and a mom to two boys, roles that will always be among the most important parts of my life. I am also a lifelong animal lover with a soft spot for dogs in need, which is probably why I have a tendency to find myself adopting another one.

Eventually I found my way into real estate and discovered that many of the things I valued most about nursing translated naturally into this new career. Real estate is ultimately about people. It is about listening, communicating, solving problems, staying calm when things become stressful, and helping someone navigate an important chapter of their life.

After working as a REALTOR® for several years, I decided to take another leap and earn my broker license. In 2025 I opened Sunkissed Properties of Florida, my own independent brokerage, right here in the community I have called home for most of my life.

Opening my own brokerage has been one of the most exciting and rewarding chapters of my story. It has allowed me to build a business around the things that matter most to me: integrity, relationships, communication, community, and taking genuinely good care of people.

My career may have changed over the years, but the heart behind it really has not. Whether I was caring for patients or helping someone buy or sell a home, I have always felt most fulfilled when I am helping people.
