This water front lot is located on the Santa Cruz Canal, which is a main canal in South Gulf Cove. Publix is just over five miles and Walmart is about ten, meaning the local boat ramp is closer at about 500ft on the other side of the canal and so is the bait and tackle at less than five miles (by car).
