With this canal lot you get a double pad, dock for fishing and tying your boat off and several sheds to store your gear. This site has dual hook ups so you can pull in or back in. Both hook ups have water, sewer, 30 and 50 amp and cable tv. If you bring your 24ft or smaller boat you are in for a treat. River Ranch has access to the Kissimmee River which has some of the best bass fishing in Florida! If you don’t have a boat you can fish from your dock. Use this property yourself and/or rent it out for income. The entertainment is vast-Westgate also shares the property with River Ranch RV Resort and provides access to all of their play areas. There is pillow bounce, mechanical bull, climbing tower, Arcade/game room, mini golf, outside movie on the greens, bicycle rentals, airboat rides, river boat rides, swamp buggy, hayrides, petting farm, rock climbing, trap & skeet range and a bow target for shooting. Westgate Rodeo is the longest running rodeo in FL. They perform every Saturday night.. There is even a Saloon (family friendly), they give line dancing lessons for free.
