Privately owned lodge with smaller owner’s cabin on private farm. Secure gated access, navigable creek with canoes, walking paths into the woods and a separate campsite with smaller cabins, wildlife, game room, and resort style pool and hot tub. Only 25 minutes to downtown St. Pete, 35 min. to Sarasota, and a short drive to America’s Best Beaches. Privacy begins here. You’ll have access to the pool, trails, and canoes. A game room is conveniently located off the kitchen and screened in and covered for year round use. Ping pong, pop a shot basketball, darts, wall ring toss, wii gaming system, and a foosball table round out the fun. There is a billiard table in what we refer to as “the little bar”, and is just off the living area of the lodge. A hot tub is available adjacent to the resort style pool, complete with floats and toys for the whole family to enjoy while the adults enjoy a beverage poolside on the covered lounge area with outdoor couch and chairs. Along the creek, is a canoe outpost, with several canoes and kayaks to enjoy nature as it’s meant to be, in a preserved environment, untouched by development. Beware of the gators and snakes, as this is a natural environment, home to river otters, raccoons, gopher tortoise, a wide variety of fish, and of course the florida alligator.
