Little Gasparilla Island is a special place, only available by private boat or water taxi. This home has deeded access to a beautiful sand beach and a community dock. A totally private island escape with no public access, no traffic to deal with, and most important, no crowded beaches! The price reflects the need for repairs due to damage caused by Idalia. There are many recent upgrades to enjoy, but some work is necessary to make it ready for occupancy.
