The full time rentals are 2 historical duplexes that were built in the 1920s and used as officer barracks at the fort in St. Augustine. They were moved in the late 40s by oxen over the old Mantanzas bridge to Surfside/North Beach. The owner is the Solano family, known as the oldest family from St. Augustine, they are 20th generation Minorcan. The Solano’s personally manage and maintain each unit and keep a full time unit of their own. The Realtor and Property Manager is the daughter of the owner.
